Welcome to Malta

During our time in the Royal Navy, Doreen and I were posted to Malta for a two year commission. We lived in a lovely apartment in Gzira. Malta is a beautiful island with a rich history and vibrant culture. We enjoyed exploring the ancient temples, stunning beaches, and bustling markets. The local cuisine was a delight, with fresh seafood and traditional Maltese dishes. Our time in Malta was filled with memorable experiences and wonderful friendships.

Alan worked in Lascaris Comcen alongside other ex Eagle men and the camaraderie made our stay in Malta a wonderful experience.

The Maltese people are first class and it was an honour and pleasure to be able to live on their island and work alongside them. A great privilege.
